What I've Learned?

These past few classes I learned that art can tell a story. Art is not just about painting or drawing. I didn't know that photographs can be as powerful as they are. People like Andy Warhol picture "The Riot" and Shirin Neshat "Rebellious Silence" can touch your heart even though you might not know what it mean or what the artist was thinking. It allows you to think for your own free will. Nobody can tell you whether your are right or wrong. Photographs can also make you feel like that you are there. These pictures I posted are photos that someone has traveled to get these beauitful shot and shared them with people that would be able to be there with them. Many people probably can't afford to travel to these places but looking at these photos they are able to feel that they are there. Photographic art also gives you the chance to see something you might see everyday in a whole new light.
